Order Processing Time
At Dainty Grace, we aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1–3 working days, unless otherwise stated. Please note that processing times may vary during busy periods, public holidays or unexpected stock fluctuations. If we experience any delays with your order, we will do our best to keep you informed as soon as possible.
Shipping Methods
All orders are shipped via Royal Mail, with 2nd Class delivery being our standard shipping method for customers throughout the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland. In certain circumstances, we may choose to upgrade your order to a tracked delivery service at our discretion, particularly if the value of your order or delivery destination requires additional security and reassurance.
If you would prefer to upgrade your delivery to 1st Class for an additional fee, please contact us at daintygracejewellery@gmail.com before placing your order or as soon as possible afterwards. We will do our best to accommodate your request and adjust the shipping method and cost accordingly, provided your order has not already been dispatched.
Please note that candles and larger items may incur slightly higher shipping costs due to their size and weight. Any applicable delivery charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Estimated Delivery Times
Once dispatched, most orders within the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland, are estimated to arrive within 3–5 working days via Royal Mail. Please note that these delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees, and your order may occasionally take longer to arrive due to circumstances beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions, public holidays or Royal Mail operational delays.
If we become aware of any significant delays affecting your order, we will make every effort to keep you informed and provide updates wherever possible.
Shipping Locations
We currently only offer shipping within the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer international shipping at this time, although we hope to expand our delivery options to additional countries in the future.
