Do you ship internationally?
Due to new laws and regulations, we currently only ship to the UK, USA, Canada and Australia. We hope to expand to more countries, including the EU and Ireland in the future!

Do you offer gift wrapping or personalized messages?
Yes! Just let us know in the order notes what occasion it’s for and who the gift is for, and we will do our utmost best to package it beautifully for you.

How do I care for my jewellery to make it last longer?
To keep your jewellery looking its best, please follow these care tips:

• Keep away from chemicals such as perfumes, lotions, cleaning products, and sprays, as they can cause tarnishing or weakening over time.
• Avoid wearing your jewellery in water — this includes swimming, bathing, or even heavy sweating.
• Remove your jewellery before bed to prevent accidental pulling or damage while sleeping.
• Handle with care — try not to pull or tug on delicate chains and charms.

Our jewellery is crafted from high-quality stainless steel and gold metal, ensuring durability and a luxurious finish. These materials are perfect for everyday wear and are hypoallergenic, making them suitable for most skin types.

Currently, we do not offer custom designs, but stay tuned! We may add this service in the future.

Do you offer gift cards?
Gift cards are not currently available, but it’s something we’re considering for the future. Keep an eye out for updates!

We offer smaller sizes that are perfect as gifts for pre-teens. While our pieces are designed with adults in mind, these smaller options make lovely and age-appropriate presents. We still recommend supervision when children wear jewellery to ensure their safety.

How can I clean my jewellery if it gets tarnished?

Can I combine multiple discount codes?
Only one discount code can be used per order.
