The Story Behind Dainty Grace

The name Dainty Grace is something that holds a very special place in Emily’s heart, as it was inspired by her late Nan. We wanted the name of our business to have a personal meaning, and what better way than to carry a little piece of someone so special with us on this journey.

Emily was born with dwarfism, and life hasn’t always been easy for her. Growing up, she’s faced challenges that many people may never fully understand. There have been difficult days, obstacles to overcome and times when life has felt anything but straightforward.

But when Emily met Cleave, things began to change. She found someone who accepted her for exactly who she was, supported her through the difficult moments and made her excited about what the future could hold. Together, they wanted to build a life full of happiness, memories and something they could truly call their own.

That’s where Dainty Grace comes in. What started as a little idea in 2024 became something for us both to work towards together. It’s given us something to be proud of, something to look forward to and a chance to show that life’s challenges don’t have to stop you from doing something you love.

Dainty Grace will always mean more to us than just a small business. It’s a reminder of where we’ve come from, the people we’ve loved and the life we’re continuing to build together.

And we hope Emily’s Nan would be proud of what we’ve created.
