At Dainty Grace, we are committed to delivering quality products and exceptional customer service. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our policy details below to understand the conditions under which we issue refunds.

Refund/Exchange Eligibility Period
Our refund lasts for 30 days from the date you receive your order. If more than 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Gift cards are non-refundable.
  • Custom made items are non-refundable.

Return & Inspection Process
Once your return is received at our facility, we will conduct a thorough inspection to ensure it meets the above criteria. After inspection, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt of your returned item. In this email, we will also let you know if your refund has been approved or rejected.

Conditions for Returns & Refunds
We will not accept returns or process refunds for the following:

  1. Damaged or Altered Items:
    Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  2. Signs of Use:
    Items that show obvious signs of wear, use, or any alterations that were not present at the time of delivery.
  3. Late Notifications:
    Any item that is requested for a refund/return more than 30 days after delivery will not be eligible for a refund, regardless of condition.
  4. False Delivery Claims:
    If you have claimed non-delivery of an item that was, in fact, delivered, we will contact the carrier (e.g., Royal Mail) to verify. If evidence shows the item was delivered, no refund will be issued.

Return & Inspection Process
Once your return is with us, we will conduct a thorough inspection to ensure it meets the above criteria. After inspection, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt of your returned item. In this email, we will also let you know if your refund has been approved or rejected.

Approved Refunds
If your return is approved, we will process your refund and apply a credit to your original method of payment. Please note that the time it takes for the credit to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider. Typically, refunds are issued within 4-5 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since the approval, please contact us at daintygracejewellery@gmail.com.

Return Shipping Instructions
To return your product, mail it to the return address provided on your package. You are responsible for paying all return shipping costs, and these costs are non-refundable.

Trackable Shipping: If you are returning an item valued over £20, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and tracking ensures greater peace of mind.
