Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time
Unless otherwise indicated, all orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 working days. During peak periods, holidays, or in the event of stock fluctuations, processing times may vary. Should any delays arise, we will communicate them to you as soon as possible.

Shipping Methods
All orders are shipped via Royal Mail. By default, we use 2nd Class shipping. In some cases, we may choose to send your order using a tracked service at our discretion, particularly if the shipment value or destination warrants additional security and assurance. If you wish to upgrade your delivery to 1st Class for an added fee, please contact us at daintygracejewellery@gmail.com prior to placing your order or as soon as possible after placing it, so we can adjust the shipping method and cost accordingly.

Estimated Delivery Times
Once shipped, most UK orders are delivered within 3–5 working days and International orders 7-14 working days via Royal Mail. Please note that delivery times are estimates and can be affected by external factors such as weather, public holidays, or Royal Mail operational delays. If we become aware of potential delays, we will make every effort to inform you promptly.

International Shipping
Currently, we only offer shipping to the UK, Canada and Australia. More shipping options may become available at a later date.
